I just completed purchasing Auto Insurance from Mitch Attales. It was quick, painless and without the usual headache that generally comes along with the process. He was able to find me a much better rate than I was already paying for the exact same coverage. Mitch has always been a stand up guy and I have no doubt that he will conduct business in a stand up way. I highly recommend doing business with Mitch.

I dreaded the idea of having to go through the hassle of getting insurance but Mitch made this experience EFFORTLESS!!!

99% was done thru texts Because I work all day and I’m not able to be on the phone much.

Mitch and his team helped us tremendously. We were looking at a huge increase from our current provider by adding our 16 year old son. We contacted Mitch and he quickly found us a great deal resulting in only a slight increase for adding our son. He also reviewed our home owners policy and found us a better deal with much lower deductibles. We would highly recommend the team at Attales Insurance!

I highly recommend. After over 20 years with another major company I finally switched to Mitch; and my only regret is that I didn’t do it earlier. I switched all autos, boats and home and not only had major savings on premiums, but also nearly doubled my coverages. Then comes Hurricane Laura. Thankfully we were lucky in the grand scheme of things compared to others but we did sustain damage. Not only did @agentmitch call to check on us, he was on our property the next day personally giving advice and starting the claim process. (It was also nice to hear about the $2500 deductible... be sure to ask about that.) Mitch even fed our family that weekend, all the while I know for a fact his family was likewise without electricity. Good product. Good service. Good people. #switchtomitch

Glad to switch from Allstate which I had been with for more than 30 years. Allstate increased my home owner/auto insurance payments almost every year and with a diminishing service. Switch is fairly easy and Mitch and Windi are really helpful. Good value too. I should stay with them for the next 30 years if I can live that long.

We were recently in direct hit of Hurricane Laura and Hurricane Delta. We had just become insured my Attales Insurance when we were referred by a friend in Sulphur. I am so thankful we made the move to be insured with Mitch and his team. To begin, WINDI IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE PEOPLE EVER. She has called numerous times to check in on our claim, see how things are moving, and make sure we are taken care of. When things were moving how they should’ve been, she took complete charge and now we are seriously in awe of how the final insurance claim has resulted! It’s been a wonderful experience and it’s all because of this wonderful agency! They fought for us and made sure we got what we deserved.

I hate insurance. I hate dealing with insurance companies and even more than that, I hate insurance agents. Until recently, it has always felt like I’m being taken advantage of because I know so little about it all.

That being said, Mitch is the one guy I trust when it comes to insurance. You won’t find a more honest person, and that’s all we really want, right? If we are giving our money for something, we just want to trust that the guy cashing the check is treating us right. This is the guy you can trust. His knowledge and willingness to make sure you understand what you’re getting is second to none.
